Terms and Payment Method for Brazilian White Refined Sugar Only.
L/C at sight 100 % or Advance Payment ,Advance Payment Guarantee by the buyer’s bank ,Advance Payment SBLC
1.After signing the contract and opening an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight for 100%
we request an advance payment of 40% of the total value. Upon receiving the initial payment
1.1 we will provide images and videos with the company name written on paper, specifying the date.
To confirm the goods/validate accuracy, and to expedite the process, we will send three documents in advance.
“Certificate of Inspection by SGS ,Quality and weight issued by SGS ,Certificate of Origin”
2. Payment of the remaining balance will be made once we confirm the full and accurate receipt of the initial payment. Upon completing the full payment, we will send the final set of three documents.
“Bill of lading , Phytosanitary certificate ,Radiation Free Certificate “
We use the contract name and payer name on behalf of the individual for the first time.
